We offer a range of services including counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, psychological assessments, clinical yoga therapy, clinical nutrition, support groups and more. Our team of licensed professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.
Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can call/message our admin on all working days (Tuesday to Sunday between 9 am to 8 pm) on +91 9699664204. You can also fill out the online appointment request form on our website. Our staff will assist you in finding a convenient time for your initial consultation with one of our clinicians.

During your first visit, you will meet with a therapist for an initial assessment. This assessment will help us understand your concerns, develop a personalized treatment plan, and determine the best course of action for your care. We strive to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all our clients.
The duration of therapy varies depending on the individual's needs and goals. Some people may benefit from short-term therapy focused on addressing specific issues, while others may require long-term therapy for ongoing support and personal growth.
